  • When should I take it?
  • How should I take it?
  • How much should I take?
  • How long am I to take it?
  • What problems should I watch for?

4. Keep a record of medicines you use

  • Show your doctor all medications you are taking (including over the counter medicines) so that the nurse or doctor may review them with you.
