About Our Services

Settlement Health provides a full range of primary care services: Women’s Health, Pediatrics, and Adult Medicine which is delivered in three unit areas. Women’s Health (1st Floor), Pediatrics (1st Floor), and Internal Medicine (2nd Floor). In addition to these primary health care services, Settlement Health offers numerous supportive and educational services, including HIV counseling and testing - on-site by appointment, or through walk-in. Additionally, we have comprehensive primary care and case management services, as well as support groups and activities for those who are HIV+ or have AIDS. The case manager will help patients obtain benefits and cope with the special problems of living with HIV and AIDS. The health center also offers individual consultation in the areas of nutrition, gynecology, and diabetes. Some support and educational activities are open to the public and community as well.

Specialty services are routinely coordinated with other physicians and local hospitals. The health center also offers individual consultation in the areas of nutrition, GYN, and diabetes. In addition to these primary health care services, Settlement Health offers numerous supportive and educational services, including HIV counseling and testing services - on-site by appointment, or through walk-in, comprehensive primary care services and case management services for those who are HIV+ or have AIDS, HIV/AIDS supports groups and activities, parenting groups, childbirth classes, and a range of support and educational groups for the community.

For those without medical insurance we are pleased to offer a sliding fee discount based on income including off-site referrals for:
