About Our Services
Settlement Health provides a full range of primary care services: Women’s Health, Pediatrics, and Adult Medicine which is delivered in three unit areas. Women’s Health (1st Floor), Pediatrics (1st Floor), and Internal Medicine (2nd Floor). In addition to these primary health care services, Settlement Health offers numerous supportive and educational services, including HIV counseling and testing - on-site by appointment, or through walk-in. Additionally, we have comprehensive primary care and case management services, as well as support groups and activities for those who are HIV+ or have AIDS. The case manager will help patients obtain benefits and cope with the special problems of living with HIV and AIDS. The health center also offers individual consultation in the areas of nutrition, gynecology, and diabetes. Some support and educational activities are open to the public and community as well.

Specialty services are routinely coordinated with other physicians and local hospitals. The health center also offers individual consultation in the areas of nutrition, GYN, and diabetes.
